I bought a steam iron about a year ago and on 29 January 2013 I phone Homechoice to tell them that the steam iron was broken. I was told to sent the iron back to them and I will be refunded the charges for this. On 30 January I used Dawn Wing Courier services to sent back the steam iron. Since then I have been phoning Homechoice every Friday for feedback on this. Up to date I still have not received my steam iron or the re-imbursement on the courier charges (I sent the invoice with the letter to Homechoice on 12 March via fax). I would really appreciate if someone could let me know when I can either expect my iron or the money back and the courier charges.
