Of all the things I could be doing with my time right now, but then sometimes one has to vent when inconvenienced repeatedly.
To my understanding and as confirmed by Sima the manager on duty tonight, the gym steam facility is switched off at 21:15 for cleaning. For the the past 3 weeks I've been coming to the gym on some evenings with a plan to use the steam facility only to find it switched off way before time. today was one of those days, I finished my workout at 20:55 with the intention to use the steam only to find it switched off.
Upon enquiring with the cleaning staff I was advised that the maintenance guys have set it ti switch off earlier, this then Sima confirmed to me was a as the facility is switched off manually by the cleaning stuff.
To cut the long story short, if we are paying for this facility the we are entitled to access it at the times displayed and this needs to stop. A little respect for the paying customer is all I am asking for.
