I love to give credit where credit is due. After a shoddy exprience with another call centre from another company I was so hesitant to call support as I expected to wait forever. While I did indeed wait very long you have a option for a consultant to call you. Very impressed we got a call soon after but sadly I had already left the office so the consultant said she would phone in the morning and she indeed did so by 9h30am.
