Bought a package a year ago, only registered now a month ago, call centre tells me my support expired, no phone call or invoice sent to tell me I need to pay again for support, although no support was used,
They just refused to assist. Is this the service a person pay for. If I did not pay an invoice sent I can understand.
Pastel I needed support today.! a pity not the same service as what I get from Pastel payroll?
