My accountant sends me a report each week but recently the pdf she created from Pastel MyBusiness Online didn't have any writing (only the numbers).
I lodged a query online at around 6:30pm that evening. 9am the next morning a Pastel call centre agent called me and resolved the problem.
I was super impressed with her service and ability to problem solve over the phone.
