I'm absolutely disgruntled by Microsoft. Being such an esteemed company you would expect quality for your money. I'm on my third Xbox Console which is now out of warranty by 2 months and I have a hardware failure, the red light is on. Microsoft refuses to resolve the matter when they are manufacturing defective consoles, this is my third unit with the EXACT same problem, Users worldly are experiencing the same problem and now i Must pay R1104 which is unacceptable. Most gaming consoles come with a 2 year warranty!!!
