I work work Pastel on a daily bases, and go out to some of my clients to help out with their pastel problems. Normally when i encounter a problem a cannot fix i phone pastel support, however for the last 3 months i haven't even been able to get through to support. It is always a 30 min wait on the phone where the line just drops or nobody answers. Their service has become pathetic, leaving me to figure out the problems myself and costing me a lot of time. Even government services has a better response time on their call centers than Pastel. I can't see how a big company like sage can allow this.
