Sage Pastel who market and make Pastel Partner, the invoicing, accounting and stock control software that we have been using for a number of years now does not seem able to resolve ongoing problems that we are having with their product running in our office.
We call their call centre repeatedly and their "support staff" can't help us.
No mater what we do, setting changes and so on with our IT / network we continue to get fatal errors and database corruption, Pastel continue to blame our system for causing these faults.
Pastel have tried to fix the problem, with a network specialist on site to do the work, but only after I wrote on their facebook page complaining about it!
This work has proved fruitless as we still get errors.
They always blame something else as the cause of the problem! Its never PASTEL at fault.
All I want is a system that is stable and reliable and Pastel is not either of those!
