I've order the activation of a public IP address on my wireless internet connection 2 weeks ago on 20 March 2013. The activation was quite quick to activate on my account (I received my first invoice for it), but the technical follow through is such that I still cannot make use of it.
First I had to query and wait to learn what the actual IP address number is and now it is a struggle to get the snowball owned router configured to allow port forwarding. The public IP is useless to me if I cannot forward any traffic to any devices on my network.
Does this really need to take 2 weeks snowball? See ticket #237386
