My Galaxy S4 decided not to turn on last Friday. I went to a Samsung Smart care centre on the corner of 14th Avenue and Hendrik Potgieter.
To my utter surprise the service and friendliness was something I have never seen before. A consultant named Tebogo was the first to assist me. And Gus the floor manager was there all the way to make sure everything runs smoothly.
My phone had a new main board and was ready for collection the same day. Also my faulty battery was replaced.
This is how client service is supposed to be. Big thumbs up to CRT as well as Samsung.
This is why you are the market leader and you can be guaranteed that I will refer everyone to you and praise Samsung products.
