My Samsung Galaxy S4 was 3 months old when the battery started draining very quickly and the phone stopped working. It would not even turn on with a different battery. I took my phone into the 14th Avenue Service centre on the 13th of October and to date, have not received any feedback. I did call a week ago and was told they were ordering parts.
I'm beginning to feel that the phone has disappeared into a black hole!
So disappointing! Was really a Samsung fan until now.
