Poor workmanship and service

5 months back I dropped and cracked my iDevice touch screen, so I sent it into the iFix at gateway. What ensued was 3 botched jobs on my screen. First job had the home button off centred and there was a visible silicon dot on the display and the screen was lifting, I complained and demanded a rework. The second job they said they worked on it but the display still had the dot on it and the screen was still lifting. So I returned it and complained to the manager about the workmanship and he promised a better job. When he delivered it the home button and dot was gone but I pointed out the screen was still lifting, he said he'll note it and gave me his word that I can get it fixed at a later date.

Now 5 months later I booked in my device on the 17/11/13 and since then till now the 22/11/13 it hasn't been worked on, as confirmed by the technician. The technician said the original technicain was on leave and that was his poor reason why my iDevice hasn't been worked on this whole time. I'm furious with this store and encourage others not to support this store
