I took my Acer laptop which had a white screen for repairs and the technican Jacques claimed that they could fix it. After an hour the called me that my screen had developed a crack. They claimed that my screen already one but that was not true. Due to their negligence they made my situation worse and instead of me just having a simple cabling issue repaired I now have to now replace my screen as well as the screen cable. It looks like they dropped my laptop and did not want to own up to their errors. If this is the kind of service that Matrix Warehouse is offering then I believe us the customers are being taken for a ride. I will definitely not recommend anyone to go there due to their dishonesty and lack of integrity.
