I ordered a "touch screen" laptop from their website. When I received my order which took a day longer than was promised, it turned out that the laptop was not touch screen. I went back to the website only to see that they changed the headline to exclude touch screen, although the specifications stated that the laptop was touch screen. That is not my main concern though because I sent them an email the following day after receiving my laptop asking about a return, since their website had a 7 day return policy.
I only received a short snarky reply basically saying that it was my problem and no information was given regarding a return/refund.
I am very dissatisfied with their after sales service and their attitude. It seems they only care about the money.
Very unprofessional.
