I've received a email on Thu 2012/12/27 regarding a automatic update from a do not reply address. I then noticed that the payment amount did went off my credit card account, though I did not give any permission for that. I then sent a email to Julia Hall at McAfee stating that I am not interested in the Update and that I wanted them to credit me fotr the amount that was taken from my account, as I am still awaiting a response for a query with Vodacom regarding high download quantity by McAfee. No one replied up to this date and I could not use the update also. Their website state that they would refund me if I query that within 30 days.
