On Oct 28, we collected our basically brand new (not even one month old) ACER laptop which was in for repairs due to a hardware malfunction on the screen. Needless to say when we opened it up the screen was still faulty. When I spoke to Zandile, he said that there was a problem with the screen which they fixed, BUT THEY DIDNT!!! My wife uses this laptop for business and it is starting to cost us money! I want Makro to please give me a new laptop. I also did try to call the store but they keep on dropping the line or not answering at all.
