What a disappointment in Matrix. I gave my Laptop (2013/06/03) in because my screen was black. After a week I went back to them today (2013/06/10) without them even contacting me. When I got there the IT technician informed " it's better to buy a new Laptop cause there is hardware problems on this laptop and cannot be fixed. With utter disgust I pay R 150.00 for labor that he performed on my laptop and leave. When I got home I opened my laptop and started going through my settings. After just a few hours of sitting and working on my laptop it's in fine working order again. Seems to me Matrix technician (LU) must relook at his work that he is performing there. Not everything needs to replaced you should just take the time to work on your customers items with the proper care and training. I had to pay them R 150.00 for absolutely nothing. Will never use matrix again. Is this the kind of service and technician the have on staff.
