Bad attitude and customer treatment

I resent the way i was treated by your technician Philemon. Laptop booked in for a simple harddrive upgrade and cloning, which was supposed to take an hour or so, and ended up being a day later. I will not elaborate on all the frustration and details and the poor treatment received in this round of affairs. Whilst I was working on my laptop i my realised the cd / dvd rom drive is not showing on my computer. I opened the tray, it was loose, and not reading disc. Also got dll errors and a black screen re ntfs partitioning not correct etc etc. I restarted in safe mode did back up of latest docs, then shutdown and took laptop back Monday am. On my return i was told there is nothing wrong & all is working. As i know what i saw on screen, I asked philemon if he by chance worked on the laptop prior to anyone else that morning and if he fixed the errors, he replied there was nothing wrong with the thing to start with and maybe too much partying and drinking over the weekend is causing me to see things. I was shocked and said i dont drink and that with that statement he is on thin ice. He then said "well maybe you also know nothing.".. Another customer lost tks Matrix
