Acer bad attitude/ guarantee

I bought a ACER laptop through Elite Mobile. I use the laptop for my business and its an essential tool for my job. The laptop has been in with Acer twice for the same fault (flickering screen). I cannot spare being without it, and after the 2nd time it came back I used a auxillary screen to carry on working. During my holiday period I decided to send it in for repairs only to be told that I now have to pay since the unit of out of warranty. The gentlemen I have been dealing with (Brian) has been very short and not sympathetic for my complaint. They are now expecting me to pay for the reapairs (who says it will actually repaired, as it was never the first two time it was there). I see loads of other onther complaints regarding Acer, and this surely must not be good for business.
