I took out a contract with Cell C in June 2013 for a Huawei Tab. On the 02/11/2013 I took it into Cell C Westgate Shopping centre because the speaker of the Tab was faulty. Just want to say that this Tab did not even have a scratch on it. I watched the sales guy wrap the Tab in bubble wrap and put it into a Ram courier bag. On the7th I received a sms to say that the Tab repair would be R222.30 I then called the repair department and was told that the ICD screen is cracked. I then told the repair guy that that Tab did not even have a scratch on it well I was rudely told that the screen is damaged and that is what the repair is going to cost. I then phone Westgate and on the 8th I went into the stores and the sales guy and the manager confirmed that the Tab was not damaged. I then said that I now want a new Tab as I have only had that tab for 4 months and I still have to pay in for another 20 months and I am not perpared to get back a tab that ICD screen has now been fixed I phoned the store again on 18th to be told that they were waiting for the tab to come back from repair which again I reminded the Sales guy that I did not want this tab I sent a complaint to Cell c no respons
