I want to congratulate The Matrix Team on excellent services provided today at Cradle Stone Mall. Queenie is a role model to her team, but more than that she is an excellent Manager and I really think that a lot of retail stores can go for lesson from her! This Team, Lesego Melissa and Queenie went beyond their normal responsibilities and assisted me (please take note: I'm one extremely difficult customer also within the services industry) on not just buying a product which was not on sale, but assisted me to find a discount, THEN to TOP that all, as their debit card facility did not work, Queenie astonished me by saying the following "MAM that is fine, you have the product I will pay for it" after I have insisted to draw the money and pay for the item, she stayed adamant and said that she would pay for the product. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS FOUND NO WHERE IN THIS WORLD OF TODAY!!! She is a real asset to your company and I hope you will take this opportunity to make her feel that she is more than an asset and give her a huge increase... TO A TEAM WELL DONE!!! They had this difficult customer in tears and that in itself is a very difficult thing to achieve. Thank you Charmaine Rowland
