I booked my phone in for repair 6 weeks ago, I have since been back 3 times and on each occasion the the fault was still present (dead pixel).
My first return visit, all they did was a software update... To fix a h/ware problem. I booked it in again.
On my second visit, they replaced the PC board, but the dead pixel was still present, I nearly left it there, vowing to cancel my contract on my next upgrade, but I saw that the rear panel had been cracked by the repair staff'. So I booked it in again. (Brady assisted me).
On my most recent visit (Sat 02/03/13), I called ahead on Thurs to check if my phone was ready (as no one bothered to call me) - Bonnie confirmed it was ready.
I was told that my job card hadn't been booked on the system (Brady helped me again).
I said that this wasn't acceptable and that I would not make another trip to VWorld and got Brady and the Manager Promise Malinga to agree to phone me on Monday (I have received no call).
I require replacement of my unit or cancellation of my contract, I will not accept a 'repaired' unit by courier, I will not pay a cancellation fee.
