Matrix technical service not up to scratch

Went to Matrix Warehouse in Alberton on Monday, 18th November 2013 to book in my Netgear N300 ADSL router for a warranty repair/replace
Firstly they had no power to assist me and could not test my device - An IT company with no sufficient backup power supply?
Secondly they advised me that i should leave my device with them and they would book it in with no documentation given to me as proof of the transaction, as they had no power to give any documentation. Shaun then said he will sign my receipt as proof that i had given them my device - How will a signature prove that i left my device with matrix Warehouse, if for some reason it goes missing? Eventually they managed to give me a copy of the book in form
Lastly Adrian advised me that the device would only be booked in the following morning and that he would contact me notifying me of the status, it has gone 3 days and i have not heard anything from the technical staff at Matrix Warehouse
I contacted Matrix Warehouse and spoke to Adrian about the device, he sounded incomplete and unaware of what i was speaking about, more like confused, as so was Shaun, i then asked for Neil (Manager), he was not available to assist with my issue
