I as a NEW customer to Matrix, I was blown off my feet.
The gentleman who helped me in Technical on Wednesday 27/03/2013, who was referred to me by my friend.
I have never experienced such service in a long time, I truly hope that he is a manager with the attitude he has with clients.
Matrix will surely go down in business if they lose Keith, really an amazing and helpful technical staff member.
