I have been using the device for the passed 3 years and 3 to 4 months ago I called the call centre to check if the device was working and I was told to replace the device with the amount of R250. Now I sold the car and asking tracker to remove the device from the car that is sold to the new one and I am told that I have to pay R800 something for the matrix to do that, I am asking them how much it will cost me t cancel and hey are also telling me about R1500. Why do I have to pay for remove ing your device from 1 car to another. Does this mean I must stay with matrix if it happens that I sell the car before 3 Years because you contract is 3 years. I am still paying the monthly premium, can't matrix maybe deactivate the device from the sold car and install the new device on the new card. Why did they charge med R250 to install it if they will still charge me to uninstall and reinstall? I am just curious and need clarity on this.
