Bought a usb sound card, amazingly it stopped working after 10 days. Their exchange policy is 7 days (its like the product is designed to fail after 7 days). Took it back to the store, filled out a form, the guy @ the counter said i should get a replacement or repaired device after 7 working days. Called them after 7 days, then they said, 7 days to return the item head office, but i would still get a replacement or repaired device before 21 days. Then i call again & the next guy i speak to, says not 21 days maybe more, so i ask him how many days? and he says " I DONT KNOW!!! "
Serves me right for buying @ Matrix Warehouse Computers, should have bought from Incredible Connection, expensive but now i know why.
