My Laptop was taken to matrix to be repaired as it switched off by itself. 5 days later i was told to pick it up after which i requested what had been done and what the problem was after which no reason could be given only that i need to pay. after returning home i soon realized nothing had been done. when i confronted the manager the next day he simply referred me back to the person who handled the matter and took no action. my laptop was simply taken by the same person and told he would re-look at it, when asked how long it would take no time could be given. a few days later, i was informed it would be sent off for repair and i would receive a quote it has been nearly three weeks and i still haven't even got a quote when confronted I've been sent on a round about trip that leads to no answers nor my laptop, just that the quote is still coming and its now in another department.
i have never heard of a three week period just for a quote. Matrix doesn't seem to have management that is willing to deal with incompetence nor the desire to assist where a wrong has been done.
