Logged a call for repairs for a laptop battery, they said they will pick up the product and have a turn around time of 7 days. They only came to pick the laptop up 4 days after the logged call, after i called them again to ask where they were and then apparently the laptop only arrived 5 days after that. This is not acceptable how can a company work with such a slack service like this. I'm now waiting for my laptop from the repair center. I'm hating to think how long this is going to take.
