Shockingly bad customer service

After buying a brand new Acer Aspire laptop, the hard drive crashed after a mere 3 weeks. I notified Acer of the issue upon which they only responded 3 days later. When they finally got back to me they clarified that they would collect the laptop, but this would only happen within another 2 days. It has now been 5 days later since their estimated collection date and still no one has collected the laptop, totaling to 12 days since I initially reported the issue. I constantly have to email Acer regarding the collection and their response always remains the same, "your complaint has been forwarded, sorry for the inconvenience". To add insult to the injury, Acer has a policy of penalty payments due if you are not home when they are there to collect the laptop, however they disregard this rule themselves. I was skeptic to buy an Acer laptop in the first place, my skepticism was confirmed by their extremely bad service delivery and will I never buy an Acer product again. Their repairs and tech support is absolutely pathetic and despite numerous attempts to log a formal complaint, no one has contacted me yet. It seems like Acer doesn't care about their customers at all.
