I have lodged a compliant before but yet NOTHING has been done by anyone to assist me with my laptop. The 21 days of the warranty has already passed by 12 days. I gave my laptop in 4 weeks ago for repairs it is now 32 days and have not received my laptop. I have all ready paid for the repairs a week and 2 days ago but there is just no sign of my laptop. I have tried to phone but no answer! If this matter is not resolved within 48 hour I am going to take it to the consumers council. I can't believe the poor service I am receiving after paying a large amount. I should have received a new laptop according to the warranty I have quoted in my previous complaint.
