Acer/ Packardbells Poor product and service

Called Packardbell on (8/11/12) to repairs my laptop, Agent 2876, gave me attitude! (I was told there was a 10day turn around time to repair&return))I asked him to ensure that the Courier company, Fast and furious contact me before pick up, only to find out this wasnt done, I wasnt notified, 2 weeks later I called to query but had to relog my complaint! I waited, still no one showed up, I called again on 21/12 had to log another complaint (agent 2079) waited till 27/12 to have my machine picked up (2 months later) 10days? I asked that I be informed before coming to fetch laptop but again no one did. I asked what time will the machine be fetched, I was told 11am so waited, putting all plans off to have it collected at 8pm! I only had the laptop for under a year (still under warranty) but its troublesome. My keys stopped working as well as my mouse pad&usb port. My laptop was returned to me 14/1 BROKEN! Called again, they came 1months later (Feb) I phoned on the 26/3 for update only to be told we charging you to fix what we couldnt initially! I also mistakly sent a dvd with, called to have it returned but they kept my dvd. Fast and Furious says they pick up SO MANY Acer laptop they will never buy ACER nor will I
