I logged a call with Lenovo on the 10th of October for a faulty HDD. Till now I haven't received a new HDD. When I call for a update they say that there is a shortage of HDD and that it was ordered from overseas. I have a next business day onsite warranty and I've been waiting for more than a week now. This is not acceptable service.
