Passing the buck

Bought a lenovo laptop@MTN westgate branch.have been with it for 8months and no longer charges.went with it to the branch where i bought it and was advised cant leave it.was given a number to call 0112017777.spoke with a lenovo specialist Irvin who was to send me an email to attach pop to update my warranty and advise on nearest lenovo to hand it in that was tuesday 16/04/2013 and till now didnt receive that email. I feel hard done coz am sitting with a laptop not working and do have a valid contract with MTN and am paying without any defaults but am being send from pillar to post. Am sure MTN were supposed to take it and then contact lenovo themselves because now on top of your monthly premium, you juice your phone to call lenovo who are not even serious with customer service.am really irritated at this lack of customer service and care.had hoped for a quick resolve but here i am with a gadget not working and am paying and its still under warranty.thats taking clients for granted and its bad business ethic.am sure will get someone willing to help and restore MTN's customer service ratings
