Lenovo laptop on contract

I got the Lenovo laptop on contract at 8ta mobile in Montana middle oktober 2013 the unit was working fine until desember 2013 i was busy with a presentation when the unit froze and i restarted the unit when it started up it made a funny noise and it gave me a boot menu where the gboot menu only asked for the serial number wich i have entered and the unit didn't want to go to the windows screen our it did load a ofiice package earlier in novermber i took the unit to Telkom mobile and they said i must take the unit to Lenovo in joburg witch i did now Lenovo says there is n BIOS PASSWORD ON THE UNIT I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IS A BIOS PASSWORD OR WHERE TO SET IT UP aftr newmral emails Lenovo tells me they have to replace the mother bord and that is not a warranty issue and i have to pay it myself i haven't even paid the 3rd payment on the contract and im sitting without a unit now for a month how can Telkom do business like that i feel its telkoms problem to replace my unit or to cancel my contract i don't get any response out of Lenovo nor Telkom
