A lenovo Thinkpad keyboard became faulty after 18 months. Lenovo falsely promises to come back with a solution within minutes - called back but they are already closed at 20 to 5.
Phoned their supplier - they stated that it takes 2-3 weeks to obtain a keyboard and that at R 2 000-00.
Be warned if you buy Lenovo! No backup and very very pricey replacement parts.
