Good day,
If this is not a South Africa support service for LENOVO, please email me your South Africa support service for LENOVO.

I am deeply disappointed with my LENOVO laptop, the keyboard numbers etc. is vanishing after 1 year - I bought it 12 August 2011
Refer above pictures, it is not misused, and I only use it from 8 - 5 and not even weekends.
The letter E is off, A and S is almost off, the 1 nob is loose. This is not how it should be.
My husband have a HP from 2001 - 13 years and his keyboard still good as new.
I want a new keyboard, or I am going to Hello Peter with this, since I complained about it on a previous occasion and was told you get stickers???
I am not putting stickers on my laptop, I demand a new keyboard.
This is not acceptable.

I need urgent response on my query.
