I returned 2 x faulty modems originally purchased from Sybaritic for inspection and repair 10 days ago
Despite many follow-up calls to both Sybaritic and ASUS, it seems nothing has been done to date. Have been told for the last 3 days by both the equipment repair center and subsequently by Sybaritic that the units are being replaced under warranty.
Thus far the promised replacements are not forth-coming and as of today calls are not being returned.
Apart from lip service it seems nobody is capable of or interested in actually replacing or even refunding the units.
