I bought a Lenovo twist and need a HDMI to VGA connector. I contacted the Lenovo online store in SA which is a company called Liv Digital. I emailed them product specs, model number, even took photos of the 2 HDMI ports available on the laptop and emailed it. I was assured that the HP CABLE would fit as they use it successfully, so I ordered it. It arrived a week and half later (bad choice of courier company) and guess what - IT DOESNT FIT! Lenovo SA does not know that the Lenovo twist does not have a standard HDMI port and THEY ALSO DIDNT CHECK. I immediately sent them a mail and upon contact, Dustin admitted that he didn't know. I need a mini HDMI to VGA connector - I knew that and he didn't. Instead of offering an alternative, he agreed to refund me and collect the incompatible part. SHOCKING!
