Laptop was purchased from Rectron in August, Client was constantly complaining about laptop turning off randomly, atleast every hour. Had to bring the laptop back and give the client a brand new replacement laptop at my cost. laptop went into partserve in October after refusing to turn on. Partserve do not communicate with me at all, Lenovo personnel not taking my calls at all, nor returning my emails. - Extremely poor service and i suggest everyone stay clear of purchasing Lenovo items in the near future, until their service/ repair issues have picked up their game, or atleast dropped Partserve channel support as they are useless as i still have not received a repaired/ Working laptop or my money back. In any Case, I am an IT customer and I have started campaigning to boycott Lenovo completely.
