My Acer broke down. It didnt even want to go wo the Windows start up screen. I phoned Acer call centre and it was picked up by courier on the same day! It took just over a week and I have my laptop back and everything is fixed- for free. Didnt even have to pay the courier. Thats how it is supposed to work- if its not your fault it shouldnt be your problem- and Acer took care of everything! Thanks guys
