I purchase and ACER W700.
It did not come with ACER RING pre-installed. After a 2 weeks ACER SUPPORT (e-mail, no instant messaging support in SA) insisted I re-purchase the recovery disks. Behold after a full FACTORY restore with the new disks provided I have not got ACER RING.
this cost me R550 took over 2 weeks to get the somewhere and still not working. I have personally spent countless hours (days) trying to get this software which was a major selling point.
I WILL NEVER SUPPORT ACER AGAIN. I WISH I COULD RETURN THIS DEVICE. THE SUPPORT IS NOT WHERE IT SHOULD BE!!!
