On 18th March i took my non-functioning 8 month old ACER laptop back to Chaos computers where i purchased it in July 2012. The technician thought that the fan had "malfunctioned" and because it is obviously still under guarantee, it had to be sent back to ACER head office. That was 6 days ago - their snail mail was obviously on strike, because when i called for progress report I was told it had only arrived today Tuesday 26th and that no-one had even opened it to check the problem yet. APART FROM THE FACT THAT THE LAPTOP IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD, I MADE IT CLEAR THIS WAS URGENT AS I AM TRAVELLING FOR WORK PURPOSES ON MONDAY 1ST APRIL AND I NEED MY LAPTOP - THE ONE I PAID FOR 7 MONTHS AGO!!!

ANOTHER DAY HAS PASSED AND STILL NO WORD FROM ACER AND THIS BEING A SHORT WEEK, AND ACERS "COURIERS" TAKING 6 DAYS TO DELIVER A PARCEL, I HAVE NO GUARANTEE THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT MY WORK WHILST AWAY.

ACER YOUR SERVICE . FIX MY LAPTOP AND GET IT BACK TO ME BY THURSDAY 28TH APRIL OR REPLACE BY THURSDAY SO THAT I CAN CONTINUE DOING MY JOB - WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT IN THE FIRST PLACE!
