I have signed an agreement with Blue label gaming [URL Removed] for a white labelled product
We have been selling lotto tickets online since Feb 2013. Up until today we have not been paid commissions.
Now the website down and Shay the owner is not responding to my calls, emails, sms, etc.

We have paid upfront for the website and have spent money to promote the site.
Our clients have complained about the slowness and that their profiles disappeared and the funds they have added to their profiles
I have asked several times for this problem to be solved and have had no response the last few months
The 24x7 claimed call centre almost never answers their number 021 433 2808
I have called them at various times and this is what they claim below from the Blue Label Gaming website

In addition, we provide dedicated telephonic support to members (English only) who would like to speak to the support team directly.
