Ongoing quality issues: Nissan Micra

This is my 2nd report on Hello Peter as email sent to Nissan SA and the dealership are ignored. I bought a "brand new" Nissan Micra in July 2012. I have taken the car back several times to the delaership I bought it from (Nissan Ormonde) for various snags like whining/whistling brake pads and rattles in the cabin.
Finally the brakes were skimmed in November 2012.
I have driven a few weeks now since the brakes were skimmed by the dealership but the noise has returned and it is now constant whenever I brake. It is a high-pitched noise. The brakes also "take" late and the pedal feels soft. The foam on the back right side of the driver's seat has collapsed and the rattles are also back.
The experience of driving this vehicle has really been frustrating, and I have lost count of the amount of times it has been returned to the dealership. Never before has a new car given me this much frustration!
