Booked a Rental Car with Europcar on 07/02/2013. Picked the vehicle up from OR Tambo on 08/02/2013.
Vehicle, white Nissan (BM05VM GP), was parked in parking bay C36. A Silver Toyota was parked in front of the parking bay. I called one of the attendants in the parking area to move the Toyota as I could not pass.
At the same time I pointed out that the vehicle had a dent on the fender next to the number plate. The attendant did not pay much attention to me pointing this out. The attendant reversed the Nissan from the parking bay. I then drove off with the vehicle.
I returned the vehicle on 09/02/2013, and was told to leave the keys in the vehicle and I can leave.
On 10/02/2013, I received a phone call advising me that the vehicle had been bumped on the fender. I advised Europcar the dent was in the fender when I took the vehicle and it was pointed out. Europcar then promised to forward a form to me to enable me to give a statement to this effect.
No form arrived and I called Europcar on 11/02/2013 to enquire. Again the same was promised. I followed up again that afternoon.
To date no feedback or attempt has been made to take a statement. Deposit (R15k) still not Refunded!!
