I rented a car at Europcar Lanseria (Hyundai i20) through my insurance while my vehicle was in for repairs. On my way to work I picked up a little stone that made a small crack in the window. When I returned the car to Europcar I showed it out to them.
Three weeks later I got a call from Europcar head office (from a very very rude man)
The windscreen was replaced and I am liable for the access which I agreed to and dont have a problem with.
ONLY TO FIND OUT THE ACCESS IS R2900.00
R2900.00 FOR EXCESS ON A HYUNDAI i20 WINDSCREEN THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF.
ON NUMEROUS OCASSIONS I REQUEST EUROPCAR FOR THE INVOICE OF THE WINDSCREEN THAT WAS REPLACED. THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE IT... MAKES ONE THINK... DID I PAY THE EXCESS OR THE TOTAL BILL...
WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF EUROPCAR AGAIN!!!
