Unacceptable service

I took my car in for repairs (only passenger door and grill) and was told beforehand that it would take approximately 5-10 days to be ready. The car was booked in on 5th Mar 2013. Once the car was in, there was no word from Renew-it until we decided to phone them on the 18th to find out what's happening. The service advisor then said he was not sure on the progress of the repairs then had to go check to see. We suspect that they hadn't even started on the car. It was only after then that they started to call to update us. My car has custom stickers, and I told them that once its ready it has to have the same stickers. They said ok. They then later phoned to tell me the car's ready. So I asked if the stickers were on, they said no. We asked for a courtesy car on the 27th and 28th for the delay, they said they would get back to us but didnt. We asked to speak to the manager, they said he would get back to us, but didnt. Everytime they said the car was ready and I said I would come collect, they then said "we just have to wait for paint to dry; or waiting for the polishing; or waiting for the mirror". We tried calling complaints dept, and also the director, but no answer!
