Was promised to get my car back in 2 wks after slight hail damage. Had to follow up with the consultant constantly. Called him on the day that I was supposed to pick it up only to be told my car would be ready the following Wed - wk 3. Called on the Wed to pick up car - would only be ready on the Mon - wk 4. Explained I needed the car for the Sat - was told it would be ready. Phoned on Sat to check - told to come pick it up. Got there - windscreen wasn't put on; car was not ready. Melo the Cons didn't even apologise - incompetent with a attitude then spoke to the Ops Manager who did nothing to assist. Was told car would be ready yesterday - no one contacted me. Had to follow up with them today only to be told that my car would be ready tomorrow. What a bunch of useless - they even tried to blame the delay on the Insurance co which was a lie. If you want good and competent service, don't go to Renew-it. They have no concept of what customer service is about. As for the Cons, he needs to learn how to deal with ple - complete!
