I booked my phone in for repairs on the 1/11 for repairs however for the past 4 weeks when I called to enquire. The employees kept on telling me that they are still waiting for the parts to be delivered. On Wednesday 4/12 I spoke to the manager Danny who assured me that the parts will be delivered on Thursday and my phone will be ready on Saturday. When I arrived today (7/12) my phone was not ready, Danny told me that it will be ready in 15min, after waiting for an hour Danny told me that they delivered the wrong parts so
i will not get my phone today. I asked him why my phone was not fixed on Friday and he arrogantly told me that they were having a Christmas party. I asked him to give me a courtesy phone while i wait for my phone to be repaired and he said they don't have. He said to me that if I don't want to wait for my phone to be repaired, he can give it back to me the way it is and I can take it somewhere else for repairs. He told me that the quote that I got from them could even change because of the parts that they delivered.
