Poor service at Silver Banana

I have printed at Silver Banana before thats why I went back. I went in on Tuesday at 1 and spoke to the lady working at the front desk about printing 150 business cards and 50 stickers. The order was a little complicated and she wasn't giving me her full attention but I carried on. I payed and gave all my contact details and asked if they could call me when they are ready. I never got a call but I sent someone to pick them up the following day at 3, the lady in the front didn't know were it was, what it was or what was going on. They called and I couldn't understand a word she was saying. In the end, she asked how I gave the work to them and what it looked like. After waiting an hour, they hadn't started printing. I called the manager and told him everything. I then got a call from one of the printing guys asking me to email the work and how many I want printed. I sent that through with my contact details and asked if they can call me when they ready. The following day I got no call and I called them. When I went to get them, I took a look and some of the cards were cut on the writing. I then had to wait again. Finally I left with my work and no apology.
I am very disappointed!
